RAMEN ISSHIN MISO
Our miso ramen lineup comes loaded with silky-rich Isshin red miso broth, thick twisty noodles that soak up every drop, and melt-in-your-mouth pork belly chashu. From ultra-comforting classic miso to pork-mince–packed bowls and our fiery Dragon chilli showstopper, every slurp hits with deep, savoury, can’t-stop-eating-it flavour.
RAMEN ISSHIN VEGETARIAN
Our goal was to give our vegetarian customers the exact same taste , texture & most importantly experience that one would have eating our Isshin Tonkotsu Ramen. After many trials, we created a bowl that we feel can keep up with the best of them. ** Egg free noodles can be substituted **
These 2 bowls are very different in flavours, textures and taste. Our signature Black Sesame Tan Tan has a smooth, strong black sesame flavour that is balanced nicely with our tonkontsu broth & chilli oil. The Double Soup Kotteri Tsukemen dipping ramen broth is rich with flavour and stays super hot in the stone bowl accompanied by the super thick chewy dipping noodles!

A refreshing soup made with 100% sea salt, featuring Isshin’s original double broth with added seafood flavour. Topped with green onions, wood ear mushrooms, cabbages, and bean sprouts, served with thick twisty noodles. Grind your own white sesame seeds for added flavor!

Shoyu is one of the classics that we offer here at Ramen Isshin. Every bowl starts with our signature blend of Isshin Shoyu that give it that nice deep rich taste.
